Bottom line, I would recommend this game. It makes the game challenging and can make you laugh when the slightest twitch will cause the drill you are holding to possibly get stuck in the middle of Bob's organs (Bob is the patient) while still on. But that is the point, Surgeon Simulator is famous for many reasons and one of those reasons is the controls. Now rotating the controller, I can tell, has made people think about your sudden movements while playing.

To rotate the hand you move the controller, to move the hand about you use the right directional pad. However, from what I've seen, this game is overall a brilliant console title. Many would think this game on a console would be crazy to do, as the controls would be very complicated.
